I work best with clients who can commit to weekly or biweekly sessions. Unfortunately, I don’t offer drop-in or monthly appointments, as regular engagement is key to making progress together.

CBT Therapy
Let's work together to help you become aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This awareness can illuminate their influence on your behavior. We’ll focus on challenging limiting thought patterns, increasing emotional awareness, and identifying positive behaviors for a healthier you.
In our sessions, we’ll practice mindfulness techniques, including present-moment awareness, breathing exercises, body awareness, and meditation.

You were born to create solutions! Together, we’ll explore your life story to uncover past wins, strengths, dreams, and hopes, fostering curiosity and optimism for the future. We’ll identify attainable short-term goals to boost your confidence and develop long-term goals that align with your authentic self, leading to a purposeful and meaningful life.

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that fosters your ability to communicate freely about your thoughts, feelings, and desires. I firmly believe that the quality of our therapeutic relationship is crucial to your ability to connect with your authentic self because our sessions may be the only place where you can fully express all parts of yourself.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
You deserve a joyful life. EMDR helps you process and heal from trauma. In our sessions, we’ll use guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact. This can enhance your sense of safety and well-being, allowing you to move forward with less distress.
Inner Child Work
We’ll focus on identifying and healing childhood emotional wounds that affect your adult life. By connecting with and nurturing your inner child, you can better understand your feelings, enhance self-compassion, and address limiting patterns.
